JINSYS has pioneered an open, reconfigurable system for university smart manufacturing experiments and practical training. Drawing on years of industrial project experience, it distills large Industry 4.0 production lines into integrated hardware and software teaching solutions using industrial internet and digital twin technologies.

Designed around real applications and evolving needs in intelligent manufacturing, the solution combines equipment automation, lean production, digital management and efficient staffing. CNC machines, industrial robots, inspection equipment and data acquisition and control devices form the flexible production line's hardware. Digital design, intelligent control, efficient machining, industrial IoT and digital twins provide its software technologies.
